How do I get login details?
In the majority of cases your club is responsible for setting up your user account. These are generally checked against club records to ensure you have paid your membership fees etc. You can contact them directly, or you can use our "Contact Your Club" link in the footer below. Be sure to specify your club on the form and we will route your request to an appropriate club contact immediately.
Some clubs are using our self sign-up service. In this case the link should be available in a prominent location on your club website, or available on request from your club admin staff.
NB. Often we agree with clubs to theme our website to look like just their own club website. Therefore please check the url to ensure you are actually back on your club website when searching for the self sign-up link.
I have forgotten my password?
Simply click the "Forgot Password" link in the top right of the page and submit your username or email address. If we have details for you then you will be sent an email with the appropriate details.
I have forgotten my username?
Click the "Forgot Password" link in the top right of the page and then click the "Forgot Username" link in the bottom of the box on screen. Fill in your email address details and click submit. If we have details for you then you will be sent an email with the appropriate details.
I have locked my account, how can I re-activate it?
We automatically lock your account if the password is entered incorrectly too many times. This triggers a password recovery process which will automatically send an email to the address that you were registered with. Using this link is the easiest way to re-activate your account.
If you didn't receive a password recovery email (check the spam folder) you will need to contact the club directly or through us by using the "Contact Your Club" link in the footer below. Your club has the ability to 1) correct the email address, 2) resend your login details and/or 3) unlock your account.
I am unable to login, but I don't think I locked my account?
Most likely you are attempting to log in with an incorrect username. Please use the "Forgot Password" link above and submit by specifying the email address you were registered with.
If you get a "user not found" message, you will need to contact the club directly. You club can then resend your full login details (username and password). If you use the "Contact Your Club" link in the footer below we can pass on your request to an appropriate contact in the club.
How do I report an incorrect box or ladder result?
Use our "Contact Your Club" link in the footer below. Be sure to specify your club on the form and we will route your request to an appropriate club contact immediately.
How do I enter a box league result?
Firstly you need to log in and go to the "Results & Tables" page under the "Box Leagues" menu. The matches you are involved in should have an "Enter" or an "Enter Result" link. Click this link and fill in the scores as appropriate. The valid scores have been pre-configured for you.
To locate the fixtures list, and your box matches:
Standard or Linear Mode
- fixtures are located on the right hand side of the page
Pyramid or Levels Mode
- flip the positions over to the fixtures by clicking the icon in the top right corner of your positions box
If the matches you are involved in have a "v" (i.e. you are able to see your matches but not able to enter results), then most likely two accounts have been set up for your name. The account taking part in the box leagues is different than the one you are logging in with. Contact your sports organizer, who can either switch in the appropriate account or get you set up to use the active account. You can use the "Contact Your Club" link in the footer below. Be sure to choose your club and we will route your request to the appropriate person.
How do I make a ladder challenge?
Login and go to the Ladders page under the ladders menu. Select the appropriate ladder, and locate yourself on that ladder. Any eligible players within range will have a sport icon next to their name (e.g. a tennis ball), which you can click to issue a challenge.
Note that players may not be challengeable for a number of reasons, including already being in a challenge, being protected (usually for a few days after a win) or sitting out of the ladder (where permitted by the club). These will be obvious from the icons next to their names, but you can hover over the icon for clarification of their status. You might also be restricted from making a challenge depending on your club rules (usually for a few days after losing a match).
How can we join a doubles ladder?
Firstly you need to contact your ladder steward or organizer to set up your "pairing". In most cases then you will have the option to click a "join" button on the ladder page, which will add your pairing to the selected doubles ladder. Alternatively your ladder steward can add your pairing to the doubles ladder.
Use our "Contact Your Club" link in the footer below. Be sure to specify your club on the form and we will route your request to an appropriate club contact immediately.
How do I change the selected sport?
If your club has multiple sports (e.g. squash and tennis), and you have more than one sports subscription at your club, then you should have the option to switch between these sports using a drop down next to the sign out link (top right of the page when logged in). If no sports drop down is visible this means your account has been set up with only one sport. In this case you can "Contact Your Club" and request that you be given a subscription to another sport. You can use the link in the footer below to make this request.
How do I change my default sport?
So your club has multiple sports (e.g. squash and tennis), and you have more than one sports subscription at your club, but the default sport on login is not your preferred sport. Go to the "My Details" page under the "My Services" menu. Click the "Edit Details" link on that page, change the default sport using the dropdown in the "My Details" form and then click the save button. The next time you login you will be looking at your preferred sport by default.
